We are looking for a General Manager - Aftersales to join our team. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for overall management of assigned Aftersales operation.
Achieve gross-profit targets by implementing strategies and develop Aftersales business to achieve budgets.
Responsible for top line/bottom line growth of the business.
Drive the best managerial and technological practices to ensure high quality productivity.
Create and drive cost-controlling initiatives and strategies.
Handle principles and maintain business relationships.
Achieve high level of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards and improve service retention.
Adhere to Corporate Identification (CI) guidelines and ensure operations are in line with company policies and procedures.
Assess employee performance and identify training and development needs.
Provide management reports, analysis, information as and when required.
