As a humble family business that started 70 years ago, popularly known as AMW now a fully-owned subsidiary of Al Futtaim Group (AFG) of United Arab Emirates, is one of the pioneers in the Automotive industry in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our team. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Familiar and complies with the factory standards in performing maintenance activities
Proactively advice Management on Engineering improvements required
Installation and maintenance of all equipment and machineries and ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance
Responsible for quality service, meeting financial goals, short and long term planning and day to day operations
Ensure that Engineering staff is adequately trained and are of a proper skill level to ensure high quality of maintenance activities.
Job Specification
The Key Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7- 10 years Mechanical Engineering experience.
