We are looking for a SAP Support Associate to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of the Functional Requirements specifications after analyzing the business requirements
- Discussion of the functional requirements document with the technical teams and quality assurance of the developed processes.
- Carryout user trainings and user support on queries related to the functional area as and when required.
- Preparation of the other required documentation such as SOP’s, User Manuals, Process Documents etc. on request.
Job Specification
Key Requirements
- A Degree/ an Equivalent Qualification in IT from a Recognized Institute.
- Minimum of 2+ years hands on experience including configuration knowledge on SAP SD Module
- ERP implementation Project experience will be an advantage.
