We are looking for a General Manager - Aftersales to join our team. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish and implement AMW After Sales Strategy in Sri Lanka, giving prominence to Brand Equity improvement, Customer Loyalty / Retention improvement, and consistent profit growth.
Maintain Aftersales Standards by liaising with OEM teams, Principal, and AF Group teams and concentrate on the service process, technology and continuous improvement.
Drive a Talent Development system for proper recruitment of Service & Parts Professionals, who are developed by education, coaching and performance management.
Promote innovation & collaboration with AF Group divisions to enhance customer experience and optimize Value Chain of All Brands Sales.
Lead the Transformation initiatives within AMW and AFG Transformation Teams to meet the end result as per project timelines.
Establish a close relationship with OEMs to achieve better pricing on Warranty & Parts, Process Improvement support, sufficient Parts supply, smooth handling of Service Campaigns and successful achievement of OEM Awards targets.
